Politiche di cancellazione

– La cancellazione della prenotazione sarà gratuita fino a 7 giorni prima dell’arrivo;
– per cancellazioni tra i 7 e i 3 giorni prima dell’arrivo sarà richiesta una penale pari al 50% dell’importo della prenotazione; per cancellazioni entro 3 giorni dall’arrivo sarà richiesta una penale pari al 90% dell’importo della prenotazione.
– In caso di no show, verrà richiesto il pagamento dell’intero importo della prenotazione.

Check-in: from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Check-out: from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Buffet breakfast: from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Room cleaning service: from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Reception: from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm during week days; from from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. during weekend

Cancellation policy

– Cancellation of the reservation will be free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival;
– for cancellations between 7 and 3 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee of 50% of the reservation amount will be charged;
– for cancellations within 3 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee of 90% of the reservation amount will be charged.
– In case of “no show”, payment of the full amount of the reservation will be required.
